These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Buildra Systems("Buildra Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
Buildra Systems builds and manages websites and related digital marketing services for local service businesses. The specific deliverables depend on the plan you choose and any add-ons you select. We will use reasonable professional skill and care to provide the services described in your plan.
Payment and billing
- Our services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Annual plans are billed once for the year and reflect the discounted rate shown at checkout.
- There are no setup fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your service and your website remain active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Your content and ownership
You own the content you provide and the content we create for your website on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, photos, text, or other materials you give us. Hosting is provided and managed by Buildra Systems as part of your plan.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the materials we need to build and manage your site.
- Grant any access we reasonably need, such as domain or analytics access, to deliver the services.
- Use the services lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
No guarantee of specific results
Search rankings and visibility depend on factors outside our control, including the policies of Google and AI providers. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or results. We do commit to performing the work described in your plan with professional care.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildra Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
