Getting started
How long does it take to get my site live?
About two weeks from the time you complete your onboarding form. The faster you fill out your details, the faster we build.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans save 30 percent if you prefer to pay once a year.
What do I need to provide?
You fill out a short onboarding form with your business details, then upload your logo and any photos to a Google Drive folder we share with you. We handle everything else, the design, the content, and the SEO.
Do you work with contractors outside of East Tennessee?
We focus on East Tennessee, but if you run a local service business elsewhere, reach out. We are happy to talk.
Pricing and plans
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes a custom website, managed hosting and security, on-page SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, Search Console and Analytics setup, unlimited content updates, and a performance report. Ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review campaigns, and AI search optimization start with the Performance System.
Are there any setup fees?
None. There are no setup fees and no surprises. Just a simple monthly plan that includes everything.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, anytime. As your business grows, you can move up to a plan with more ongoing work whenever it makes sense.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live through the end of your billing period. There is no penalty and no long goodbye.
SEO and AI search
What is AI search visibility and why does it matter?
More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to recommend a contractor before they ever open Google. AI search visibility means building your site so those assistants understand your business and recommend you by name. Almost no local agency is doing this yet, which is exactly why getting set up early pays off.
How long does SEO take to work?
Typically 60 to 90 days for meaningful movement on competitive terms. Google Business Profile results often show up faster, sometimes within a few weeks.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No ethical SEO company guarantees a specific ranking, because no one controls Google. What we guarantee is the work, done correctly and consistently, which is what actually moves the needle over time.
Technical
Will I own my website?
Yes. You own all of your content. Hosting is managed by Buildra Systems as part of your plan, so the site stays fast and secure without you lifting a finger.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we walk you through pointing it at your new site. If you do not have one yet, we help you get it.
What if I already have a Google Analytics account?
We connect the account you already have so your history stays intact. No need to start over.
